A.L.L. Ankle Lateral Ligamentoplasty

Anatomical and minimally invasive ankle lateral ligament reconstruction (ALL) by gracilis tendon transplant was developed to address chronic ankle instability. It is based on various principles:

  • Gracilis tendon transplant instead of autografting, which would weaken an already damaged ankle,
  • Anatomical transplant trajectory that minimises medium and long-term laxity while preserving good mobility,
  • Minimally invasive approach,
  • Reproducible positioning with a patented aiming device
