Features
The K clamp allows the surgeon to choose the patellar resection reference:
- Anterior: control of the quantity of residual bone,
- Posterior: control of the quantity of bone resected.
Instrumentation
The K clamp replaces the conventional patellar instrumentation available with the FHK total knee prosthesis. It includes a patellar gauge to measure patellar thickness.
