Equality between women and men

Equality between women and men has been declared a great national cause by the President of the French Republic. In September 2018, legislative measures were adopted to this effect in the law for the freedom to choose one’s professional future. The decree of January 9, 2019 made it possible to create the gender equality index.
With this management and monitoring tool, companies can measure where they stand in terms of professional equality and act effectively. In the form of a score out of 100, the index is made up of four main criteria which assess possible inequalities between women and men in companies.
As companies with at least 50 employees, FH INDUSTRIE and FH ORTHO publish their professional gender equality indexes.
